People first.
Ideas always.

I’m Talha. An entrepreneur by soul, a leader by passion, and the person behind Raistard.

My entrepreneurial journey began in 2012, with an independent online clothing store.

That first business gave me a direct introduction to customers, communication, and selling online. It was the beginning of a much longer interest in how brands connect with people.

In 2014, I joined the School of Leadership as an intern. Youth conferences, project work, and eventually trainer certification taught me how to listen, build a team, and move an idea forward.

At KASBIT, that grew into responsibility for marketing and student affairs. At The Ajency, it became campaign work across automotive, food, education, apparel, banking, and training brands.

I’m originally from Karachi. In 2020, I moved to Islamabad and founded Raistard. Karachi is part of my story; Islamabad is where I built this next chapter. Today, I bring those experiences to the businesses I work with: understanding what they need, finding a direction, and helping the team deliver it.
