Talha loves watermelons. A seasoned marketing professional from a reputed university, he carries a strong professional & educational background. Serving his own personal clientele for the last 02 years under RAISTARD (the company; motto: Raising Your Standards), is the wicked-professional you need for steering your brand into the right direction. Talha’s professional journey started from the “School of Leadership” as a volunteer and his made way through Project Leader during his tenure. His heart feather includes “Young Leaders Conference” and “Junior Leader’s Conference” during 2014-15. In 2017 achieved his training for Certified Trainer from School of Leadership as well. He then joined “theAjency” as “Accounts Manager”, where his star-accomplishments included: - The See-You-Boss for Macca Motors: Waving goodbye to last of the last Mehran (the boss) through advert campaign. Further, the roll-out of Pak Suzuki’s Alto along with the after-sales service videos was managed by him; - Macca Motors – the league change: Suzuki to KIA, a legacy change in Karachi’s automobile market was led by Talha, including the branding and profile change; - J. – the TVC of Xpose perfume, running OOH campaigns, creatives. - Young’s flagship Mayonnaise, Maska, Chocobliss & Beehive being supported through digital works headed by Talha; - The Popular group brand improvement: On-site shoot(s) for food and beverage sector. A 19 days/5-city shoot. An overall production team from cameraman to creative manager was together to create a one beautiful video and branding for the client. - Torque – The turning force, Led the digital development for a training industry. Supported personal training projects through demanded branding and execution. Prior to having worked with The Agency, Talha was associated with a renowned private sector University where he served as a “Head of Marketing and Student Affairs”. His journey with university remained for 03 years where he handled from managing all the students’ extra-curricular activities to managing student bodies and preparing budgets and execution of image branding. Although a finance guy, the only use he does with numbers is to play strategic cards. Usman has served Atheneum Partners; a German based consultancy firm to provide his services to the company and his clientele. Since 2016, he has been working as a freelancer and has served multiple international brands with their contents. He hates to do a monotonous job because it gets boring! He joined the umbrella of Raistard (the company; motto: Raising Your Standards) in 2020 and has married his work eversince. He feeds the company within the capacity of Hardcore Content Creator and can work 96 hours without having a single block of chocolate. The best he can do is to drive you crazy.

Hammad is the technical brain behind Raistard's digital sales & marketing. Expertise in Google Ads, PPC and sales conversion, Hammad specializes in E-Commerce business development. Six years into service, Hammad knows one thing - no matter how difficult the project be, as long as there is any possibility of success; the project must be tried. Lately, Hammad has been practicing fingers on the SEO and content optimization which will directly help Raistard's client into gaining even more success.
